Roles

Foreman

a construction leader who directs a crew on the jobsite and reports their daily hours, installed quantities and extra work to the office

Your job, minus the screen work

You run the crew and the work. At the end of every shift you also turn the day into records, often by retyping a tally sheet in the truck.

Where your week goes

  1. Retyping tally sheets into the field app
  2. Explaining hours posted with no quantities
  3. Carrying unsigned T&M tickets in the truck
  4. Counting installed quantities from memory for the pay app
  5. Watching old tickets turn into disputes

What an agent takes over

  1. Production quantities A voice note or tally photo becomes posted units in the ERP.
  2. Installed quantities Quantities by location get built for the pay application with backup attached.
  3. T&M signatures Tickets go to the owner's rep with photos and get chased until signed.
  4. Hour checks Ticket hours are checked against the timesheet before anything goes out.
